To put it simply, a phalanx is a military combat formation in which the soldiers closely form to create a single, impenetrable fighting unit. In short; They fight as one.
As it defines us, we are a close body of people united for a singular purpose. We act as a single unit. This is why our field operations are so strictly regimented. We have no time for rogue attitudes or those that want to "do their own thing." It takes many dedicated professionals to form an effective phalanx.

From a standard Daily Activity Report, to maintenance reports, to an Incident Report- our clients are never in the dark. These reports are time-stamped with photographs and sent to our clients via e-mail. The best part? A report can only be logged onto, updated, and sent from the designated property. This means that the client knows that they are getting the service they paid for. The days of unethical companies "ghosting" properties is coming to an end.
